| Only your professional information is required to use the Image Bank. The Ministère du Tourisme does not collect any personal information for this purpose. Collection We collect information to identify you when you create your account on the Image Bank. This includes: • your first and last name • your business email address • the name of the company you work for • your business phone number • your business address • your company website • your reasons for using the Image Bank When you access the Image Bank, information is automatically exchanged between your computer and the site server. The information exchanged includes: • the date and time of access to the website • the pages visited Use The information collected with your consent allows us to: • maintain the website • create your user account • administer platform registrations • authenticate users • respond to requests for information • communicate with you Information may also be collected using cookies. These cookies allow us to: • determine the number of visits on the website • identify the most and least visited pages We limit the collection, use, and disclosure of your information to the identified purposes. We may also use this information to meet our legal obligations. Access The information collected can be accessed by a limited number of people: Authorized persons from the Direction de la gouvernance de l’accueil et de la stratégie numérique of the Ministère du Tourisme These people can only access your information to provide the service and respond to your requests for information and support. Their access is limited to the information they need to carry out their duties and any other information you provide to them directly. Authorized representatives of Visard Solutions Inc. Storage and protection We store user profile data along with order and image download history to ensure compliance with the Image Bank’s terms of use. Your information remains in Québec. It is protected by Québec laws and regulations, which we must respect. We implement the following security measures: • Security sweep on underground networks • Restricted access to hosted data • Data hosting in Canada • Firewall and secure servers Verification, comments, or complaints You can view the information we hold about you in your user profile.
